Happy New Year!

Dear Soledad Unified School District & Community,

As we step into a new year filled with opportunity and promise, I want to extend my heartfelt wishes to each of you—our staff, students, parents, and families—for a joyful and fulfilling 2025.

This new year offers us a chance to reflect on the achievements of 2024 and to set new goals for 2025. This past year, we have navigated challenges, celebrated successes, and sustained a community that puts our students' success at the center of everything we do. 

For some of us, 2024 may have been a year of positive personal events, such as the graduation of a family member, a new friendship or relationship, a marriage, a new job or the birth of a child. For others,  2024 may have been a year of adversity. We may have experienced the loss or serious illness of a family member or loved one, the loss of employment, a change in residence or other hardships. 

For everyone, we hope 2025 provides an opportunity for realization of personal meaning and peace as well as educational growth and achievement. Let us continue to work together to create a supportive, inclusive, and innovative learning environment where every student can achieve their full potential.
